First I want to thank you for coming today despite the terrible thing that happened to one of your workers. Usually, I am very flexible and patient person and can wait another day, but I appreciate that you were able to change around your scheduling to allow [your employee] to come and make our repairs.
I wanted to let you know that he did a wonderful job and kept at it until it was finished. It was not an easy job. He also allowed my 9 year old son to "help" him. I really appreciate that. We have tried to get our children involved in our home repairs so they can learn how to do these things when they get older. It was great for him to watch an expert.
[Your employee] was very cordial, friendly and a joy to have in my home and to have around my children. I would definitely ask for him to come and work in my home again.
