Today Larry M. came to solve a plumbing problem. From the moment he arrived, with a great smile on his face, he demonstrated a wonderful attitude toward his job and your company.
Larry wasted no time in diagnosing and correcting the problem. I was also impressed with how conscientiously he cleaned up the work area upon the completion of the project.
